Candidate Screening Criteria:

At Meadowlink Employment Services we understand that bringing a new employee into a business comes with risk, to ease the concern we ensure that all potential workers go through a bias free screening to certify we are only providing the best of the best to help your company flourish. Our screening process covers the following:

Personality Check:

Our screening begins as the candidate comes into one of our offices for registration. We do a simple analysis of the personal people skills. We check to see if the person is respectful, if they can they follow instructions, they are enthusiastic and that they are ready to work and up for whatever challenges may come their way.

Testing Communication Skills:

Communication is an extremely important skill for the success of any business that is why we make it mandatory that all our candidates can communicate efficiently. Behavioral Interview Questions:

A WHMIS Testing After Training:

Meadowlink Employment Services wants to enforce the importance of safety which is why all of our candidates are properly WHMIS trained so that all casualties can be prevented, but in the case, that something may happen they are qualified and have the knowledge to know what the next step is.

Criminal Record Check:

Criminal record checks are done as a part of our screening procedures (ONLY IF REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT). This involves the verification of the personal details of the individual like having a valid Social Insurance Number, passport information, Past employment history, valid Driving records, resumes and work experience.

Accessibility To The Workplace:

Punctuality is the key to any successful venture and we ensure that all our workers inculcate this requirement in their professional life. We make sure that all the employees are placed as per their accessibility to the work location and further we cover up by utilizing our own pick and drop driving services throughout GTA.

Health & Safety Questionnaire:

This is a Multiple Choice test covering all the essential health and safety aspects related to workplace. We also provide for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines where necessary as a part of directions provided by some of employers.

Personal hygiene & Protective Equipment:

All employees are briefed on protective equipment and their usage. No employees will be engaged without safety shoes with large nails, usage of nail polish, wearing loose garments on duty. Employees are trained and made aware of about mandatory personal protective equipment (PEP) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety vests, helmets, protective sleeves etc., as per the nature of the job/workplace requirements. All the jewelry must be removed in the production areas of the workplace. All the employees are made aware of our health and safety policy and are trained on GMP and health and safety policy of our clients. It is our policy that all activities and work will be carried out in a safe manner and we will ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees and others who may be affected by our activities.
